If your complaint is serious and/or about a specific persons' behaviour and you do not feel able to complain openly, please contact the moderator.

for all other complaints, gripes and rants, please moan about them here.

this section of the forum is checked weekly, and we aim to try to resolve or provide an answer to any issues that need resolving within two weeks of posting.
